Trollhättan
This is a temporary waterfall at the Vattenfall powerplants. Once a day they open the floodgates for about 5 minutes and the river Göta Älv flows through its old, natural riverbed. At this time, the waterfall transports 300.000 liters per second. The river connects lake Vänern and the Skagerrak. You can find some more info at Wikipedia.
The other 2 photos show a close-up and the area before the water comes.

Farol do Cabo da Roca
This is the lighthouse of Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe and the Eurasian landmass. I’ve been there a few days ago during a short trip to Lisbon, Portugal.
You can read more about Cabo da Roca at Wikipedia.
Next destination: northernmost. Somewhen. 🙂

Wallberg
A little church located on the Wallberg (Tegernsee) in Bavaria. During summer they have outdoor divine services on Sunday as seen on the photo). Wow! But we didn’t visit the Wallberg for the service but for paragliding. 🙂
